We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was perfect - everything in the room was super clean and looked brand new. The hotel facilities were great, with a strong AC to combat the hot weather. The location was perfect, just a corner away from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly, supportive, and were pretty good too help us. We lost our phone in a taxi, but thanks to the guy in the reception who assisted us with communication, we were able to recover it. We are grateful to him for his help. the hotel provided great service and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, with the subway station right across the street. This made it easy to explore the city and try out different restaurants. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with everything in working order. The staff were polite and helpful, providing us with pamphlets to overcome the language barrier. One of the highlights was the amazing bathroom amenities, which exceeded our expectations.
The breakfast area could use some improvement, as there were only plastic foam dishes and cutlery, creating a lot of unnecessary waste.
